Chocolate Banana Shortcake

Soft Chocolate Sponge, Chocolate Chantilly Cream, Bananas 

3 layers of light Chocolate sponge cake encased in a fluff of Chocolate fresh dairy cream and paired with Bananas. 

Cake should be refrigerated as soon as possible as fresh cream does not hold up well under our hot weather. Best consumed after removal from the refrigerator for approximately 5 mins.
