3 layers of light vanilla sponge cake encased in a fluff of fresh cream and fruits. The strawberry version contains alcohol, you may also opt for a non alcoholic version. 

Cake should be refrigerated as soon as possible as fresh cream does not hold up well under our hot weather. We do not use stabilizers for our shortcakes. Best consumed after removal from the refrigerator for approximately 5 mins.
