Strawberry Shortcake (Premium Design) 7"

Soft Vanilla Sponge, Chantilly Cream, Strawberries

3 layers of light vanilla sponge cake encased in a fluff of fresh cream and strawberries. Kirsch is added to bring out the flavour of the cake. You may also opt for a non-alcoholic version. 

Cake should be refrigerated as soon as possible as fresh cream does not hold up well under our hot weather. We do not use stabilizers for our shortcakes. Best consumed after removal from the refrigerator for approximately 5 mins.
