Raspberry Lychee Shortcake 6"

Soft Lychee Sponge, Chantilly Cream, Raspberries and Lychees 

3 layers of light lychee sponge cake encased in a fluff of fresh cream with raspberry fruits and lychee parings. 

Cake should be refrigerated as soon as possible as fresh cream does not hold up well under our hot weather. We do not use stabilizers for our shortcakes. Best consumed after removal from the refrigerator for approximately 5 mins.
