Blueberry Shortcake 7”

Soft Vanilla Lemon Sponge, Chantilly Cream, Blueberry Compote, Fresh Blueberries 

3 layers of light vanilla lemon sponge cake encased in a fluff of fresh cream and blueberries. 

Cake should be refrigerated as soon as possible as fresh cream does not hold up well under our hot weather. We do not use stabilizers for our shortcakes. Best consumed after removal from the refrigerator for approximately 5 mins.
